NOW CLOSED: Greene Farms Opens for Summer!
Update: Greene Farms is now closed, as of June 2017. We miss it so much!
I want to say that Greene Farms serves the best pizza in the Catskills. To be sure, I have to do a lot more pizza-eating research, but when I'm sitting at one of their mountain-view picnic tables with a wood-fired, cheesy, jammy, fragrant, basil-strewn pizza in from of me, there's no place I'd rather be. I visited for the first time last summer and spent the winter dreaming of this:

Greene Farms, located at 1043 Stone Bridge Road in Cornwallville, serves breakfast, pour-over coffee, salad, sandwiches, and pizza on Saturdays and Sundays from late June through Columbus Day. Their farm stand opens at 9am, and pizzas are served from 11:30am to 3:30pm -- or until they run out.
Lunch of Champions: Prosciutto pizza, salad with avocado, vegetarian pizza
Buttery avocado + edible flowers + super creamy feta + farm-fresh greens = perfect salad
Non-Soggy Veggie Pie: Roasted asparagus, red peppers and summer squash on a charred, crisp crust
Greene Farms is one of Ramona and Archer's favorite spots, too
